The team has now expanded into Hull’s Centre for Digital Innovation (C4DI) after the company saw a huge increase in demand for its Cloud-based services across East Yorkshire.
With state-of-the-art facilities, virtualDCS will now have a permanent residence within the city to host and collaborate with its clients and suppliers, in addition to its long-standing head office in Leeds.
virtualDCS has grown from strength to strength in 2019 and has been the team’s most successful year to date, welcoming more new customers than ever before.
This progress has been aided by the introduction of new services including CloudCover 365, a one of a kind Microsoft Office 365 backup solution, in addition to increased focus and emphasis on its partner channels.
Andrew Low, Business Development Manager for virtualDCS said: “In 2019 R&D development spend reached £50m within Hull and it has a rapidly expanding digital and tech community, which virtualDCS is thrilled to be a part of.
The entire C4DI centre is focused on digital and technology progression. The very building itself reflects the goals and values of virtualDCS as a business and confirmation of our new residency provides an excellent end to 2019.”
Moving to a secondary office location is also another huge step in virtualDCS’ business strategy, and the team is already recruiting for new team members to join the company in 2020.
